All webmasters love money, so i think first prize would be a good loot of cash :) 2nd prize could be a free .com name and for third prize, perhaps a free ebook? :D

These two will definitely work:
1- Domain registration!
2- Premium rapidshare or megaupload!
Web hosting is considerable, but will not work as well! because nowadays every website is offering free web hosting!
and these will not cost you a lot!
as domain registration is $1.99 in yahoo, and rapidshare account is free if you start collecting points, or cheap if you want to buy directly !
also, web scripts / templates / forum scripts / and these such paid things will work for webmasters.
also some website based systems will work.(such as points, bucks, and giving abilities to users)!
but if you want to make your forum grow, domains and premium accounts will definitely work ;)
