Bald eagles were taken off the 'imperiled' list and are flourishing around the country. In fact, in Florida, they've really made a comeback, which surprised me since I didn't realize we had bald eagles here.
I do think that the law against hurting them because they are the national bird probably does have a lot to do with it as well. Still, good for the bald eagle... |
