do u like sports? do u practice them or only watch them?
Since my knees are broken, I prefer to watch sports at tv. i like gymnastics, rugby, soccer, horse games...but I only practice light jogging with my dog. I also fish, less than before, but I won some local tornaments lol. That's the easiest sport to practice: u sit and u wait.*
whyar are your favorite sports? do u have more practice than I lol?

During my collage days I prefer to play sport myself but now I rather watch them. I am too lazy to do that now :D

I like swimming which i used to do every evening. I haven't been for few months now and i really miss it. Feel really great and relaxed after a good swim.

I've never played cricket: i'ts not a very famous sport in France.
i hate some sports like basket ball and athletism : i still have nightmares from school sports....

I follow many sports like Soccer, Cricket, Tennis & Rugby. I also play soccer and cricket sometimes. I support All Blacks for this rugby world cup :D

yes i practice and instruct the martial art of KARATE-DO (shotokan) FULL CONTACT.
practicing since last more than 10years (i'm on rest now a days since january :P)

it feels grate and light when in practice, now feels like stuck and stiff body ...

I was a good runner as a child. No1 could outrun me, even grown ups lol.
Now just yoga and other light exercises and dance.
