Default Blogging as a search engine tool
I am already building a web profile through article submissions but now I am lookng to drive internet traffic and interest through a blog. But I know nothing about it!!! Can you tell me:

1) Is there a particular type of blog (or even a specific site) that is appropriate for this?
2) How big should entry in it be (number of words)
3) Should it feature key words and the like?
4) How many times should I update it (daily / weekly / monthly?)

It's ok to update weekly but better if you can make it daily.
I can't understand your question 1, 2 & 3 that's why I didn't answer it.

My Answers:

1) I suggest you used WORDPRESS (there are lots of plugins there that you can use!)
2) Dont know the exact number of words, but i think it doesnt have a limit. =)
3) (NO COMMENT!)
4) Update your blog as often as YOU can. (3x a week is good.)

Blogging is best way to promote all services in internet marketing, with blogging we can promote our product, services and also with blog promotion, we also get benefit of product promotion. with blogging we have more chances to get visitors on site or blogs. it's effective way for promotion.

Updating on blogs will depend on your time for thinking and creating for new post.. It would be best to update it daily but if you find it hard to do, better do it weekly..

Yes Arleigh

Time management for blogging is very difficult for me, but when ever i find some interesting i post it in my blog. some time i post 2 or 3 posts in a day and some times one post takes more than one week. coz some time i have to go out of city for official work.
