Can anyone suggest best affiliate programs for pay per signup? My site is dedicated to teens mostly

Adsense referral program is pretty good. Heard someone got over $100 for a single sale.

I think the AdSense Firefox referral's program would be pretty good since i htink teenagers wouldn't have Firefox yet so they would download it if you attract them :)

What about eBay? If they're teenagers it's possible/probable they haven't signed up for it yet since they don't have a CC yet. If they're in their late teens, this could work.

I've joined Commission Junction for few years back and I found that they have a lot of programs which paying good money for every sign up you provide to them.

Commission Junction is a good place because they have vast number of products and services from soo many advertisers. You ll able to find many things which teens might be interested.
