You will find the latest version (9.8.2) of pligg HERE (which is the download link from the Pligg site) or by going directly to their site at www.pligg.com :)

Be sure to keep up with the upgrades of versions because Pligg, as fantastic as it is, is still in the beta stage but the developers over at Pligg are unbelievable and we plan on supporting them all the way!
