A site with a higher Google PageRank and the same keywords as another with a lower Google PageRank would show up higher on the SERPs.
The above I take exception to.
I have sites with low to no page rank that show up way ahead of any site with higher page rank and the same keywords.
Believe that
really looks at the overall popularity of your site and how many times people search for your site and click to your site.
