If you haven't recieved the funds, then maybe he sent the funds to the incorrect email address.
I remember, this had happened to me, I bought 2K in plane tickets online, the use gave me the wrong email...
So the funds will "leave" the sender's account, but under the status of the sender it will state "Funds Unclaimed".
You might want to confirm that your client or whoever, sent it to the correct email address.
BTW- If the following above happened, and no one has still claimed it. The sender has the option to cancel it immediately.
