1. You need to set up your Title, Meta Tags and Keywords manually in Pligg. I believe that you do it in your template pligg.tpl in the templates/yget and in the templates/meta folder.
You can see what your title and stuff are currently here:

2. I would change the URL structure from
http://yourwebsi to
http://www.yourwesi which you can do in your Configure Pligg
Other than that everything is looking real good but the reason you are standing still is because of your Title and Meta set up I believe.
