I have found that the term "JUNK" as far as a directory goes only applies if they allow nudity type sites in.

I believe that some directories are stronger than others but they are still the #1 source for gaining term position and in a lot of cases....PR

Directories kind of got a bad name for a bit because Google was blasting them left and right but people now know why that happened and it wasn't the fact that it was a directory,...it was what the directroy owners were doing with their directories to promote them and to gain PR!
